What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your holiday in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is 15 minutes away on foot and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy kit. We found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not a given. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide proved to be very proactive and helped us. Very good Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

The accommodation was beautifully furnished and offered every comfort. The location was ideal for exploring the surroundings while enjoying the tranquility. The cleanliness was impeccable and left nothing to be desired. The host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

Stayed for a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic welcome and availability of Laura and her mom both on arrival and during the stay. The children also loved the location (which really looks like a mountain cabin with sea views!) both inside and the terrace (especially the hammock). Despite the scorching heat, a pleasant current is always generated inside, both because higher than the houses around and for the fact that they are facing the sea.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)
