Condo holiday rentals in Porto Venere

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Teresa’s apartment. She welcomed us upon our arrival and familiarized us with all the necessary information about the house. Teresa was always responsive and provided us with excellent information for local things to see, restaurants and she was even able to coordinate transportation for us from the apartment to the train station in La Spezia. The space is cozy and comfortable, the view on the private patio is breathtaking and was the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night! A short walk to Portovenere may not be to everyone’s liking but for us it was not an issue. We would return in a heartbeat!!

The view from this apartment is incredible. The photos don’t really do it justice. We had our coffee and pastries out each morning and one night pizza for dinner. I appreciate that there is a table and not just chairs. Riomaggiore can be kind of noisy at night but the bedroom windows solidly kept any noice out. The downstairs rooms and bathroom are really spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washing machine twice and I greatly appreciate that pods were provided. Michele was so friendly, helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out a fishing trip for my family. He saved the day! Would highly recommend this place.

The place is perfect as a base to visit the 5 lands, you have the train station 2 min walk, you have the beginning of the main pedestrian avenue just across the street, here you will find restaurants, shops, desserts etc... The apartment has everything you need, there is no noise and it is very cool😎.

Michele was very kind and welcomed us very well. His apartment is great. A beautiful view of the harbor, with a large window that lets natural light into the living room. Kitchen, bathrooms, very clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing I would improve would be to write on airbnb that an additional tourist tax of 16 euros is charged, which must be paid to Michele in cash before leaving the apartment. I 100% recommend this apartment and touring Porto Venere.

Franca was a very nice host and explained everything thoroughly. There are a lot of steps to get to the Airbnb, I suggest keep packing to a minimum. Very well maintained and clean. Would recommend to others!

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

We absolutely loved Paola’s apartment. The location is fabulous, right by the passenger ferry pick up and a couple of minutes walk from the centre, also with a supermarket right below the apartment. It was beautifully presented and well stocked with all crockery, glasses, utensils etc that you could need. Fabulous views from both the lounge and beautiful little terrace - we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Martina, Paola’s agent was lovely. She met us on arrival, showed us round and replied quickly to a question we had about taxis. As others have said the bath / shower is a little unusual, and the access to the terrace is narrow with steep steps, but we managed, and this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portovenere - it really is a very beautiful harbour town and a good position to explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment is exceptional - one of our best AirBnB stays to date.

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!

Francesca's place is beautiful, perfectly situated in the action and very quiet at night. Balcony overlooking patios is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable.

A house with a lot of charm and personality, very close to the train station and comfortable to get to after touring Cinqueterre

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

Welcoming, explanations, advice and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but the accommodation and location alone are worth the vacation. If you want to stay in Corniglia, this is a fantastic place to stay. Cristiana made sure I knew where I was going with the hikes I wanted to do and helped me with a reservation for a great dinner. The bar provided an excellent breakfast each morning and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I loved the alcove with the bed and the bathroom had great amenities available. I didn't use the kitchen, but if you wanted to, it was stocked with many things.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Casper's house is a jewel immersed in nature. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view of the gulf, taking a dip in the pool or simply enjoying the garden. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, the fridge has an ice and water function so you won't need to buy it. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Casper and Joke always responded quickly to meet our needs.

Very nice apartment in Rapallo. Quiet, with a nice balcony, very pleasant, especially when it's very hot 🤗 Tamara is efficient and our arrival went perfectly well. In short, we had a great stay

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

We spent two wonderful nights in a truly enchanting place. The accommodation was well-kept, clean and very welcoming, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was everything we needed to feel good and relax. We loved the private pool, the animals on the property (adorable chickens and cats!) and the tranquility of the place. We immediately felt at ease, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host and his family: they were there for anything and ready to help us. The location is convenient for reaching both Pietrasanta (about 15 minutes) and Forte dei Marmi (about ten minutes), but at the same time immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. We absolutely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for relaxation and a little peace. We will definitely be back!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
