Our stay at Concetta's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is truly perfect, nestled quietly on a beautiful hiking path in the hills between Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio. We loved the tranquility and easy access to nature. The apartment itself was spotless and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, and excellent Wi-Fi. Just a heads-up that towels and bed sheets are an extra cost, but this was a minor detail. The terrace and garden are definitely the highlight – we spent hours enjoying the incredible views of the hills and the sparkling bay. What really made our trip special, though, were Concetta and her son, who were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our dog also had a fantastic time and became fast friends with their lovely dog, Mocca! We were even surprised with delicious fresh veggies and herbs from Concetta's garden! Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable Elba getaway!

We had a wonderful vacation on the Island of Elba and much of the credit goes to our fantastic host, Francesco. From the first moment, he was extremely kind and helpful: he welcomed us in person with great warmth and gave us valuable advice on what to visit, where to eat and how to best enjoy the island. The apartment is exactly as described: very clean and well stocked with everything you need and located in a really convenient location, just two minutes from the beach and very close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and everything you may need. The parking right next door was an added bonus. And we can't fail to mention the local ice cream... simply delicious! We highly recommend staying with Francesco: his hospitality and the excellent location of the accommodation made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for your great hospitality. We felt welcome from the first minute. It was a beautiful well-equipped apartment with 2 terraces. The garden was charming and has a nice swimming pool. It was a quiet and peaceful area and there was a beautiful view of Porto Azzurro. We greatly appreciated Paola's kindness and recommendations. Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We felt very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are present. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

It was ideal for a vacation with a dog. Everything is within walking distance. We loved it. We will be happy to come back.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

Spartako and Irina are very attentive and caring hosts. They welcomed us very warmly and always helped with advice and recommendations, as well as sweet persimmons from their own garden. Lovely clean house with everything you need, surrounded by a lovely garden in which it is pleasant to relax, and in which we even saw a walking pheasant. Good strategic location from which it is convenient to get anywhere on the island. We will be happy to stay here again if we come to the island again.

The hosts were very helpful , made us feel comfortable.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i would recommend it without a second thought.

I stayed with my family and it was a beautiful vacation. The apartment exactly matches the photos and the location allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area in about 20/25 minutes. Double exposure to the sea, which makes it very ventilated. This rougher part of the island overlooks Corsica and the landscape, combined with the crystal clear water of the sea, give a magical touch. A special thank you goes to Franco, the father of the Hosts, a kind and helpful person. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very well located and the communication with Assunta was amazing. We would come back without any doubt.

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

With his wonderful beachfront house Paolo has allowed us to spend an unforgettable holiday. Not only is the house equipped with everything, but it is also in an absolutely strategic point to reach the most evocative places on the island. Paolo is an impeccable and courteous host, he was understanding and flexible towards our forgetfulness and gave us all the information we needed. We really hope to be back!

Alessandro was a great host, always being responsive and delivering information about the apartment proactively. Villa Issoppo is amazing to spend some quite days relaxing and enjoying the view. It was just like described and very well taken care of. Great place, would definitely recommend and we’re gonna come back for sure! Grazie Alessandro and Rossana!

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.
