With a total area of 77m2 it is an ideal accommodation for 4 people, and it also has a sofa-bed in the living area for the 5th or 6th person. Apartment Seidia, with fantastic views of the mountains of the region of Els Ports, offers all the luxury and comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends. It is equipped with all the comforts to recreate a few days of vacation with family or friends in this area of the region of Els Ports and next to the Matarraña. On the ground floor of the accommodation (41m2) we find the room formed by the living area, dining room and kitchen, this last one with a disposition in peninsula that confers great spaciousness and functionality to the entire space. The kitchen has all the relevant appliances and tasks (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, “Nespresso” coffee maker, cooking utensils, kitchenware, tableware, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Still on the same level, we find a bedroom with a double bed, the custom made dressing room of oak wood and a bathroom. The bathroom is full (includes bidet) and a shower effect rain on the ground. This entire floor is invaded by a lot of natural light thanks to the imposing balcony with wooden railing typical of the balconies of this town square, and rustic mud tile floor recovered from the old house. We continue with the upstairs, a single room of 26m2 as a suite with a large 180x190 double bed, closet, bathroom, shower and, climbing 3 small steps, the circular jacuzzi area with direct views to the sunset over the mountains. This entire space also has important natural light that is filtered through the 3 existing windows. The entire floor of the accommodation is top quality porcelain and large format, with cold/heat radiant system that allows temperature regulation by the customer. The reminiscences of the Moorish Princess Seidia are seen in this apartment thanks to the conception of an exquisite and refined space with first quality materials, select lighting pieces in noble finishes and a highly studied chromatic combination. My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed).
