Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

We had a great stay at Crystal’s accommodation. It was as described—clean, well-equipped, and located on a large, well-maintained caravan site. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, but it was also peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The onsite facilities were easy to access, and the short walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach was a real highlight. It’s also just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Crystal was a responsive and helpful host throughout.

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Excellent location, car needed but it’s possible to walk to a good pub for dinner. Very peaceful area

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Fiona and Leo were lovely hosts. Communication was very fast and clear. At arrival we were shown inside - the house was spotless. Beds and linen spotless, after traveling it was some of the best sleep we have had. Garden area was at our disposal, had a lovely barbecue. Had space for parking. Overall very beautiful place. Wish services had been slightly closer, however uber works great in the area. Thanks for a good stay!

The Coach House is a wonderful home with lots of character and charm. It was very comfortable and all the amenities made it a true home away from home. We loved the fact it was set over four floors making it feel so spacious. Fabulous that both bedrooms were on separate floors with their own bathrooms as well as a separate toilet in the basement. It felt warm, cosy and welcoming. A lovely bonus having a private courtyard outside kitchen door which thanks to lovely weather we made the most of. The location is perfect as it’s quiet and peaceful yet only a very short walk to all of the attractions. Luke and Lindsay were great hosts. Excellent communication and updates. Would highly recommend.

A nice house in a convenient location for Albert Road and Southsea. Had all we could want for a long weekend. Slight issue was the noise when neighbours were going up and down their stairs but that wasn’t anything too major.

A great place for a large number of guests - we were fifteen. The kitchen was small for this number but everything worked and the cooker was great. The bedrooms worked well for us. If you stayed in the summer, barbecues could be a problem if you have to come in from the garden at 9pm for fear of disturbing the neighbours. However that didn’t bother us too much. The games room was a triumph for the young people in our group. And some old. Pleasant walks from the house too. We very much felt if there was a problem we could contact the company and they would respond straightaway.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

We only stayed at The Annex for two nights while attending a nearby friend's birthday party so we didn't explore local places/restaurants but it was ideal for our requirements. It is quite a concealed entrance to the property so we missed it first time round but, once inside, we were warmly greeted by Sara and very impressed with our lovely accommodation. We immediately felt at home and both had excellent nights' sleep in our separate double bedrooms with Duck Down Duvets and Pillows. Bliss!! We would definitely recommend The Annex at Capers Lane and hope to return again one day.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment with our family of four, including two young children. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - the washer and dryer were lifesavers. The beds were cozy, making for a great night’s sleep after exploring the area. The location was easy to find, and Charlotte’s instructions were spot-on, making check-in and our stay hassle-free. We’d happily recommend this apartment to other families and would stay here again if we’re back in Portsmouth. Thanks for a great visit!

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book
