Monthly Rentals in Portsmouth

We absolutely loved calling Stephanie’s place home for a few months. We were relocating back from the west coast and this was the perfect place for us to transition while house hunting. It was cozy, well appointed + decorated, and made us feel immediately at home. Stephanie was an excellent house who was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Newport!

Great place to stay in Middletown. Yihua was very helpful and friendly. The stay was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We went to polo match and it was the perfect middle ground to uber to Portsmouth and Newport for the full RI experience. Had a great time!

Tom and Cindi were wonderful hosts. Their Airbnb was immaculate, very well equipped. Situated in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood you are close to several fantastic restaurants. The view of the shoreline is a few steps away with Newport and all it's attractions only a 30 minute ride.

We loved our stay at Luke’s cottage! Everything was exactly as described and the location was incredible! You could not be any closer to the water! We loved sitting out on the dock taking in the beautiful water views and sunsets, and relaxing in the yard with our puppy. She loved being able to run and play in the fenced in yard. Prior to our stay, we received a list from Luke of several local recommendations from places to eat to things to do, of which we visited several and loved them all! Luke also reached out immediately when he found an item we left behind and was so kind to let us know and arrange for returning to us. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone!
