Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Posedarje

The house is close to the beach, about 8 minutes walk, Zadar is half hour by car. Nearby there is more than a grocery store and a large supermarket (5 minutes walk), a pharmacy, a bank, a bakery... On the beach there is a beautiful view at night. Sometimes concerts take place and there are restaurants, ice cream parlors... The house is clean and everything you need is there, a washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven, cooking utensils, towels, linens... Gordana was waiting for us with her husband. Communication between us was very easy, they were very nice and very friendly. It was a wonderful holiday and my kids were very pleased. We had a fantastic time in Villa Dora in Podgradina. The cottage was perfectly prepared – the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you need to cook and serve meals), the bathroom is also impeccable. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage on hot days. An additional plus was the smart TV and very quick contact with the owner – always available and helpful. The place was completely private, and we had a beautiful heated pool and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay in Posedarje. The house is completely new with all the necessary accommodations. In addition, you have complete peace here, you are just a 10-minute walk on the lake and in the village among the locals. The perfect location to get out by car and also only 20km from Zadaar airport. Highly recommended to stay here! A bakery, butcher, department store... All within walking distance. The reception and farewell was also super friendly and warm. In short, a well-deserved 10/10 :-)

We were 8 in this accommodation in June 2025 and were more than satisfied. First of all, the communication with the host was flawless. The responses were always very quick. She was always very courteous and helpful with any questions. The accommodation looked just as good, if not better, than in the pictures. The hostess even provided us with a brand new badminton set including a net, without us asking. The pool was also cleaned several times. The location is great. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can get everything you need. The water and the beach are very close, bars, football and basketball courts are also very quick to reach. We also had no problems with the neighbors. In summary, the week at Villa M&N in Posedarje was very nice and relaxing. We lacked nothing. The host and the accommodation are definitely recommended!

Anita welcomed us in a very friendly way and answered all our questions very quickly. The house and around the house is all spanking clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are comfortable, which was very conducive to our relaxation. The pool was maintained every morning while we slept and we also enjoyed having a nice cool-down on sunny days. We were able to drive to everything perfectly from the house and had great experiences. At night it gets very dark so we could see the stars very well. It's so nice and quiet that we were able to sleep very well. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay. Nataša is very kind and welcoming. The accommodation looks very neat, with all the comforts. Lovely terrace with sea views. Nice beds and lovely bedding. We enjoyed the peace and the sea very much. If you go snorkeling, you will see many different fish. If you are happy to throw out a fishing rod, that's also worth it. Within half an hour you will be in Zadar, recommended. Within 5 minutes (by car) you are at a large supermarket, where you can find everything. Thanks Nataša!

Kata is a super hostess and warmly welcomed us right on the street. She and her friends were always available to us and gave us useful hints and tips without being asked. Kata's apartment offers everything you need as a family of 5 and the location is just perfect. In 2 minutes you will be at an easily accessible rocky beach, in 5 minutes at the somewhat livelier “city beach” of Vinjerac. Kata grilled us delicious fish, baked fritatas and pancakes and was never intrusive or even disturbing. The garden with outdoor shower is perfect for nice quiet evenings and invites you to linger. We would like to stay with Kata again any time.

We stayed with Ivic and his wife for 10 days. The house is located in a quiet area. It has a great pool, which we spent all day. the water was very warm, so you can swim from 7am. If you're missing something, there's a market with a basic assortment in the area. You can also play ball on the field or walk/ride a bike. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool wheel is a great solution. Ivica is a really great host, he took care of everything, and you could write to him at any time. Restaurants, markets, bars, and the beach are a few minutes' drive away. Upon arrival and departure, we received gifts from Ivica and his wife, for which we thank you very much.

Very very nice hosts! We were there with our two kids. They had a great time playing in the yard and on the terrace. All was extremely clean! Great view, everything great on foot, restaurants, sea, shopping.

We had a fantastic time at Mia’s vacation home. It was an amazing and relaxing experience. Mia’s mother was incredibly kind and welcoming; she regularly brought us delicious snacks, which made our stay even more special. The location is easy to reach by car. There are also many nice local restaurants nearby to explore. It’s good to know that many of these restaurants only accept cash, so make sure to have enough with you.

We loved staying at the accommodation. Upon arrival the host greeted us and gave us the keys. In the home he gave us instructions and on the kitchen table awaited some fresh vegetables he had planted on his own. He also gave us tomato saus and lots of tomatoes to snack on. Very nice of him! Definitely recommend staying for a quiet and relaxinf vacation since it was very quiet and away from the city life. If you are with family/kids i do recommend renting a car. We thought that public transport was accessible, but it was a 20 min walk and for us that was too much with a baby. Ana from Rent and Easy was especially helpful as well. Gave us recommendations and guided me through it all. Truly thankful for that!

It was such a wonderful stay in Vinjerac in the apartment of Eugen. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected - and even better! Everything was very clean and in very good condirion. There was always the possibility to ask for any kind of help. The barbecue place is just marvellous! We can fully recommend this accomodation!

The garden and the olive trees are very nice.

As a family we spent 1 week holiday in this house. The place where the house is located is peaceful and quiet. The air is clean. There is no problem with parking. The house is clean and has the necessary tools and equipment. The air conditioning and wifi work without any problems. The house is a short drive to the sea and beaches. I think the most important thing is that the hosts Svjetlana and Slavo are kind and always reachable. I would like to thank them. We had a nice and peaceful holiday experience

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

We had a lovely time. The area and views while driving around were breath-taking. Ivanka was very helpful with solicited and unsolicited advice and the venue was spacious, clean with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding mountains from the porch. All advertised amenities available. Pebble beach within 10 - 15 mins walking distance. Snorkling the surrounding waters was ok. Clear water, 4 or 5 species of fish, some crabs. You'll want to have water shoes with you.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

I highly recommend staying, the apartment is clean with all the things you need. Very good place if you have a car, access to the beach. You can make a barbecue on the beach, it's quiet and peaceful, so you can relax. Lenka is very nice. We're happy and think we'll be back.
