Mansion holiday rentals in Positano

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

We had fantastic time during our family stay! our hosts Rosa and Alfonso contacted us very promptly and we're very welcoming upon arrival. the apartment was spotless with all amenities working perfectly. the location is very central, with 2 metro stops and a taxi rank in the piazza and being right next to the museum is also very convenient! there are also 2 close hopelessly on hopelessly off bus stops nearby for those looking to do some sightseeing! we had a very comfortable stay and would happily visit again, thank you very much, Alex and family x

Great place to stay. There are another 4 rooms individually in the apartment. Each room has a huge bathroom. There's enough amenities. Vincenzo is super responsive and a great host! We were very happy!

The view is incredible and gives you a great place to watch sunsets. Ivan was a fantastic host. You have to walk about 7 min from Anacapri, it may be a little tough for those with large or lots of luggage at checkin/checkout. Was fine for us with all carry on. Ivan personally escorted us for checkin.

Amazing!!! Tina was by far the kindest and most helpful host. She met us at checking, gave local recommendations, bus schedules, and made us feel right at home. The location was out of the busy town center so it was so peaceful and amazing views, plus the bus was very easy to take - stop was right outside the gate and went right into town/port. The house is gorgeous, the outdoor space was incredible. We had everything we needed and more!!

Used Rossella’s place for family during our wedding week in Ravello. Carlo met us at the bus stop and assisted us with baggage. The Villa is a bit of a walk from the square (about 8 minutes) but in a very quiet and peaceful location. The surroundings are beautiful with lemon groves and sea views from the terrace. You feel as though you’ve been transported to the most beautiful countryside home! The kitchen is very functional and the bedrooms are quite comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Hope to return yearly!

Our days at Villa Torre de Giglio were wonderful! This was a long planned reunion holiday with dear friends from Italy (we are from US) . The visit was made terrific by the hospitality and beautiful and comfortable surroundings of your home. All 11 of us had a relaxing and fun vacation. Lucia (the property manager) was so helpful and the people of Massa (the village the villa is located in) were so welcoming. We loved each day!! Lucia helped us with the luggage up the large hill driveway. We especially loved the pizza party and kareoke which as an optional add on hosted by Lucia and husband. What a treat. Lucia answered all our questions and met our needs. My Italian was not great but we had technology to help us!! The hill up to the house is a significant one (I would not recommend it for the disabled or elderly) but fine for our heathy group. The bus to Sorrento was only 15 minute ride on bus (2 euro) and comes every 20 minutes to Massa city center. Hope we come again

Our family was very happy with our stay at this apartment. The location could have been better for us. Walkable grocery store, nearby laundry service (same day), and just a short walk from all of the delicious food and lovely shops. Not to mention the short walk to a beautiful view of the sea. We easily took day trips to Capri, Amalfi & Positano from here. Tyler met us at the door to check us in and even helped with our bags. He was availble anytime we had questions about the apartment, or had questions about the area. Would stay here again!

Words can not adequately describe the beauty of Villa Fjenga and the hospitality of the host! It was an extraordinary experience in every way! The host welcomed us with fresh baked bread, breakfast snacks, a bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and fresh squeezed orange juice from the garden’s orange trees! The entire villa is stunning and SPACIOUS! Each room is very large, well appointed, as well were the bathrooms and kitchen. The private rooftop terrace is the perfect place to take a nap on the lounge chairs, or drink coffee or wine as you over look the gorgeous landscape and sea! Sunsets are divine. The hospitality of our hosts was beyond 5 star service. 20 🌟 service! Their kindness and generosity made us feel spoiled in the best of ways and very appreciated. We were extremely appreciative of them and the beautiful villa they provided us. Would stay here as long as we can next time! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and for treating us so very well!❤

Very proactive about communication. In a vibrant location where stuff is happening 24 / seven. Bring earplugs. appreciated the beds and how dark the rooms were. Love the air conditioning. Very nice amount of space for two families. Cute coffee shop across street. Very clean. Building was probably in the late 1700s.

Very nice house for 2 families with an amazing view and sunset. It is surrounded by lovely lemon orchards and has a nice pool as well. We really enjoyed our time there!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children who stayed a Paola’s place for 5 days. We had a wonderful time, the house easily accommodated us and was spacious and clean. Furthermore it is situated high on a hill overlooking the sea and the island of Capri. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, swimming in the pool and exploring the area. All in all we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

This is the best place that I have ever stayed. As a group of 10, we were comfortable and enjoyed all of the amenities. The villa has the most incredible backyard. To top it off, The Feeling Italy Team was amazing. Carmela went above and beyond during our stay- she helped with reservations and booking rides. Any problems we had, she was there within the hour. I could not recommend this villa and its Team any more. 100/10 rating.

We booked for a 4 night stay in June, Guiseppina was always there to hand when we had questions leading up to our stay. When we arrived we were blown away with the views and the amenities the villa had. The hosts were excellent in providing recommendations within the area such as bars, restaurants and local excursions. We would definitely come back!

We had such a great stay! Gennaro communicated well before and during our stay. My dad asked where the best cannoli in town was and he offered to make some for us along with the best tiramisu we have ever had and some delicious family wine. He even made 3 separate dishes that were gluten free for those in our party with allergies. We ended up spending one of our days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the views. There was room for all 9 of us to spread out and feel like we had our own space. We would recommend to anyone looking to book!

Villa Prima was a beautiful location with sights of Capri, greater Sorrento, and other areas. The villa was very spacious with beautiful decor. There are decks on both the first and second levels. In the mornings you will see Cows and hear the roosters of the locals down the way. Catching the sunset one night is a must do. The area is a short drive to St’Agata (with a supermarket Conad a 5 minute drive) and about 20-25 minutes to Sorrento center, where you can explore the area, catch the many ferries to access the Amalfi Coast towns, or visit Capri (highly recommended). Overall great experience and we would gladly stay here again. Grazie mille!

My family and my brother's family from Singapore stayed here for a week and it was a lovely experience. The place has an awesome view and a nice and relaxing small pool. The access road though is narrow and gave us the jitters initially as we had a decent size car but soon we got used to the road. Rachele was very friendly and responded promptly. She even got us a doctors appointment when we needed one urgently. All in all a memorable stay for us. Highly recommended.

A spectacular stay! Beautiful villa but even more impressive were the hosts, from all of the bookings they handled for us ahead of time to last minute trips, to an amazing pizza party, we cannot say enough about the property or Alfredo and Serafina as well as their property manager, Svetlana. A perfect place to call home base if you plan to visit Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, (all can be visited by car or public transportation), or even a trip to Napoli (about 1.5 hours away). We used car services, buses, and trains, and everything was clean, easy, and safe. Nothing but good things to say about this property. We did not want to leave!

Donatella was a wonderful host. She made our large family group feel right at home. The property is beautiful, the grounds, the pool, the views of Mt. Vesuvius and Bay of Naples, the little village of Seiano/Vico Equense were all amazing. Short train ride to Sorrento with many options for dining, shopping and ferries to Amalfi coast and Capri. Memories for a lifetime.

Even though the villa is not quite easy to reach (the street is very very narrow and sometimes also punctured), the stay is 100% worth it. The complex is super idyllic. You feel completely isolated from the outside world. The view from the pool area is breathtaking. We spent a lot of time here just to swim, drink Aperol, read, sleep or just watch the incredibly beautiful sunset at Capri. The kitchen and BBQ area offer enough space to cook or grill together in the evening. Carmine and Mario are super helpful. Only small minus points that really don't matter much: - The equipment in the gym is quite old and also not super versatile - The facility gets very humid overnight, so you should coordinate the ventilation of the rooms and drying clothes in a good time - The room concept in the living room with the couch (which is also a bit old), could perhaps be reconsidered
