The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. Casa vacanze Il Borgo is a small jewel entirely made of stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a bathroom and an open space with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. The accommodation has exclusive use of a swimming pool overlooking the Apennines, accessible directly from the kitchen window door. In the external courtyard there is also a gazebo with a table and deckchairs with an umbrella.
