Great place to stay reminded of us of our hometown of Banquete TX loved the at home feel. Loved all the animals and especially the dog coming around while we were sitting outside smoking on the pit. Was especially nice to sit outside at the end of the day to see the horses. Really appreciate the great everything about our stay literally smoked and grilled on the pit every night. Also recommend to visit the sledge moonshine distillery.

Great place. Wonderful location withing walking distance to a really great restaurant and pizza place next door. Brandon was easy to reach and communicated quickly when we needed something. Condo had every amenity we needed while staying there. Will definitely look to booking this place next time we're headed to PK.

we were in town for a Rocker B tournament and we couldn't have been happier. the fields were less than 10 min away and we were so grateful to have the space for our big family to cool down and relax was outside the chaos of the ranch. the home was beautiful, very well maintained, everything you could need and more. the BBQ and Mexican restaurants right next store were both really good. Jennifer was also very responsive and helpful. I will do everything I can to book here again during future tournaments.

Quiet, yet close to town. Walkable to everything the town has to offer and close to the local parks. Bryan was super friendly, responsive and let us check in early!

came here because we had a baseball tournament at rocker b ranch. I have four kids, me and my husband and this space was comfortable and practice. My kids LOVED the bunk beds situation. Lou was extremely responsive. I even messaged her late at night (10pmish) and didn’t realize the time but she responded so quickly and her husband came out to help me with the dock lights AND gave me fishing tips. I caught my first fish ever here!!!! Clean up/check out was easy and simple. Check in was a breeze. My husband kept mentioning how much he loved the space and dock being so close to the house. We loved it and will likely be back even without the baseball tournament!!

We had a great experience at this house. Like many other guests, we were there for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. This house was an easy 10 minute drive to the fields, which was so convenient for going back and forth. The house & grounds were lovely and clean. The pool was perfect for the kids to cool off and play in, and the fenced in yard was ideal for our dog. Layout of the house was great, and had all the essentials. We really appreciated the laundry room and covered parking too. The host was very responsive & accommodating, & it was clear that she enjoys making guests feel welcome. We will be back!

This was our first stay in the Renovated Barn, but not the first time to the property. We stayed in the Aggie House a few months back and just knew we had to return to Mark and Jamee's beautiful property whenever we could. The barn is a bit larger than the Aggie house, with a full-sized kitchen and larger living room space, but it still holds all the charm, comfort, and coziness. And they've preserved the history of the old dairy farm in such a lovely way throughout the space. We spent hours on the covered front porch reading, eating our meals, watching the friendly chickens, petting Mark and Jamee's sweet dog, Ralph, when he'd make the rounds, and thoroughly enjoying the breathtaking view. Even when we had a downpour of heavy rain, the front porch was the perfect spot. We're so lucky to have this getaway space within a few minutes of our home!

Very well appointed home. We had everything we needed!! Very peaceful setting with a beautiful large yard to the river.

I love this cute little lake house. The location is great and the yard was so much fun. We hung out and played volleyball. Ginger was an absolute amazing host and bent over backwards to make us happy. Very much appreciate it.

This lakehouse was absolutely beautiful! The decor and furnishings made it feel cozy but spacious. The deck and outdoor amenities were great. The beds were comfy. It was far enough from town to be peaceful and quiet but was also just a quick drive to downtown. Highly recommend this great property!

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was super responsive and helpful. House was clean and they had everything you could possibly need/want for a lake trip. Everything in this Airbnb was well thought out and made our stay super enjoyable. Lake access with the ability to tie off our boat really took our trip to the next level. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came for our son’s baseball World Series, location of the condo was close to Rocker B Ranch which made traveling to and from the condo great. Super clean, beautiful, and spacious for a family of five condo. We would love to stay here again if we are out this way. The kids had an amazing time by the pool and fire pit making s’mores. All around amazing experience and stay.

Great stay at Sandra’s place while playing baseball at rocker B. This was my favorite until in the Harbors we’ve stayed in. Clean, nice furnishings and high end appliances. I like the second floor corner unit for privacy. We will return

Perfect location if you want to be on the water/marina! The condo was exactly as described. It is updated nicely and pristinely clean. Basic items are included in the condo and a cute little grocery store close by that provides all items needed for a lake weekend. There is also a yummy restaurant within walking distance. If I HAD to give any suggestions - I'd say more pillows on the master bed and higher quality. The condo is right over the pool so you do hear pool noise, but it is vacated at set hours. It was a perfect set up for kids! We will DEFINITELY stay at this spot again.

Excellent location when going back and forth to rocker B- perfect for a respite from the baseball hubbub! Well appointed condo, with very comfortable bedding and towels and even some extras in the cabinets that most do not and added such convenience! We really enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and great location.

This was our first time going to Rocker B for my son’s baseball tournament and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. The condo was clean, beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! I will definitely be back! The host was also very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here while at a baseball tournament at rocker B Ranch. Loved how easy it was to get to the ranch from here and that we had Hemingway's restaurant right next door on the trading Post the little grocery store and gas station we're very close too. We loved Jennifer's unit in particular because it was on the 1st floor right by the pool. it was super clean and well stocked too!
