There are 2 identical accommodation units within a private house (2 apartments)so accommodation is possible for a large group of 15 people. There is also a large courtyard with barbecue and free parking. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own spacious balcony overlooking the garden and mountain Klek. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Kuća raspolaže sa 52 m² u unutarnjeg prostora, a sastoji se od ulaznog prostora, wc-a s kupaonom, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonom, kuhinje i dvije spavaće sobe u potkrovlju. U dvorištu se nalazi zatvorena pečenjara sa velikim roštiljom i ražnjem. Imamo 2 bicikla za upotrebu.
