Condo holiday rentals in Potsdam

this was my second time here, and I will go back again, 15 min cycle to the lake, peaceful garden and house. great for a restful weekend!

We had an amazing stay, Jan and Sally welcomed us warmly and the flat is very very nice!

Nitin made the stay easy for us by providing us with all the facilities and clear instructions. Staying here made us feel welcomed, homely and most importantly safe. We would definitely recommend this apartment. It is worth every money spent.

Ersan’s house is like a dream. Beautifully decorated with an amazing view which you do not see in the photos. It was so beautiful that we did not even want to leave the house. We took lots of inspiration for decoration :) It’s such a chill ambience, although we did not have the chance, I’d suggest opening up a wine bottle at the dining room just to enjoy the view. Ersan is always so responsive. His family helped us get inside and helped us with all questions we had :) they are very lovely. Inside the house there is everything that you need. The house is very spacious. 2 beautifully designed bathrooms enable you to be more comfortable when getting ready to go out. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz which I loved. So you are very close to the city center but away from all the crowd at the same time. I’d definitely want to stay again at the house (for a longer period of time) Ersan & Wilke, thank you for having us. Ekin thank you for all your help.

We really enjoyed our stay near the U5. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Thank you for this excellent 9-night stay in Berlin!!!

Although it is a quite simply furnished holiday home, it has good amenities. Communication is great,very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. It was well taken care of, very quiet and comfortable. My husband was working at the desk full-time for a week and was quite pleased with the set up. It is very conveniently located to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation and even the opera. Personally I liked the neighborhood and the activity level quite a bit. The stairs are definitely something to keep in mind. In spite if the stairs, if there is availability next time we are in Berlin, we will be back.

Great hostess - we will certainly come back ☺️ Simone was really very friendly. Provided us with a travel bed and high chair for our son and really prepared the apartment perfectly for our arrival. Everything is available and superbly described, so that no questions remained unanswered. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back🤗.

We had 3 wonderful days in Werder❤️ perfect location, restaurants and cafes nearby. Apartment was large and clean, the beds were very comfortable, only the sofa was already very worn and uncomfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay 🤗

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Beautiful weekend spent with the family in Berlin: the apartment is fantastically located and offers enough space for play and fun with 4 teenagers (billiard room!). There are so many restaurants and cafes around that we hardly cooked ourselves. A clear recommendation and happy to come back!

The location is wonderful. Nearby there is a very nice lake. Björn is very nice, friendly and always helpful. If we needed anything, Björn was very quick to respond. My children and I are very satisfied.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in Fadeih’s beautiful and welcoming space - stylish and functional interior, easy ground floor access with toddler and stroller, great neighborhood. All in all the perfect place for a Berlin getaway. We would love to book this place again!

This place was even nicer and roomier than the pictures show! It is in a very nice neighborhood on a cobblestone street! It was clean and comfortable and Martina was the perfect host! She was always responsive and very accommodating to our every need! I would highly recommend staying here!

A great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk brings you to the M4 tram which brings you in about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. For us it was a great place to unwind after visiting the city. The place was very clean and full of charm, and Anke is a great host. In short: great choice to stay for Berlin. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

I stayed with Katrin and Roxanne for two weeks. The apartment and rooms are very nice, the hosts are friendly and open-minded. Very good communication and information, time for conversations but also opportunities for retreat. The highlight is the balcony in the room.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s unique apartment with all it’s beautiful art works, balcony and all necessities you need! Aaron was super accommodating and friendly, the apartment is located in a lovely area near restaurants and cafeterias. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We are looking forward to coming back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Aaron!
