You will be well located in the city center, next to a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, butcher shop and bar. At an approximate distance of 20 km from the tourist cities of São Lourenço, Caxambu, Baipendi, Passa Quatro, Virginia and Pouso Alto, 2 km. A new space with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one suite and a living room with a balcony. You will also find a TV, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, fans, etc. In the bedrooms, 2 single beds, 1 double bed, 2 double mattresses and 1 sofa bed.

From the house or the hot tub, you can contemplate the forest and the beings that inhabit it, such as toucans, monkeys, butterflies of all colors,… to the sound of the waterfall in the background. At night, a campfire and starry sky, saunas, or the warmth of home in the heat of the wood stove.

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
