If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

A fantastic place! If you value peace and cleanliness, you are in the right place. The house is very tastefully decorated and very clean and it has everything you need. In the garden, next to the pool, there is also a second outdoor seating area by the grill. The landlords respond very quickly and are totally lovable. You gave us great recommendations. There are a few supermarkets in the vicinity, a few minutes' drive away, and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the stay very much and had a great time!

The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The pool was worth every penny when the temperature was at 30 degrees or even just to wake you up in the morning

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the villa! The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even more beautiful. Everything was well maintained, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. A big thank you to our host – a real superhost! Communication was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. You felt welcome from the first moment. This place is truly an absolute gem in the idyll of Velebit Gebrige. We had a wonderful time at Dubravka's stone house which really left nothing to be desired! Everything was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable right away. Dubravka and her father are very nice and helpful hosts, we got great insider tips for the area and also very happy to spend time on the magnificent terrace of the cottage. The buzzing of the bees and the beautiful view of nature were the best conditions for recreation and relaxation. The house is super clean, equipped with everything you need and you can hike right from there to explore the unique nature. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely be back!

My husband and I absolutely loved this gem of a place at the end of our trip across Europe. It was extremely peaceful, private, and comfortable. We rarely heard anything other than the sheep, wind, and bugs buzzing, but the town of Pag was only 15 minutes so we could easily grab groceries and anything else we needed. Ivancica was super friendly and gave us a tour and a fresh homemade Croatian treat that made us feel right at home! We spent most of our time out on the lounge couch in the back yard when not down at the beach. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful peaceful getaway away from people!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back at any time. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's house in Croatia! Maria was very attentive from the beginning – she was always friendly, helpful and responded incredibly quickly to our messages. The house is very nice, clean and offers plenty of space – ideal for families or groups. We particularly liked the air conditioning, the well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool, which was regularly cleaned, and the cozy barbecue area, which we liked to use. The beach is also very close and within walking distance - perfect for relaxing bathing days. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. The place was spotless and very private - downstairs apartment was empty except the weekend. The place was recently renovated, has all the necessary amenities and our host Ivan communicated clearly and responsively. Highly recommending this place to any family up to 6 ppl. Hopefully we can go back next year :)

We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easy to reach. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!
