Holiday rentals with a patio in Povljana

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

The stay with our children was very nice. We had a great large terrace and the rooms were very cozy and clean, as well as sufficiently large for the week. We didn't miss anything; the beach as well as restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets are around the corner. The owners are very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

A wonderful stay with Susie and Tomislav – extremely warm, helpful hosts. The apartment was exactly as in the photos: clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. The large balcony with whirlpool was a highlight! We felt at home from the first moment and would love to come back. Thank you!

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

We were personally greeted by Snjezana, her husband had prepared a little something. We felt very welcome. The apartment is only a few meters from the sea and beach, and you can get there via a private path. The furnishings of the apartment were great, very clean and also the various seating options on the terrace, parking directly at the house. Snjezana was always available and helped both very quickly. We wish all future guests a holiday as beautiful as the one we had ☀️

All kudos to a welcoming host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The apartment is very nice and fully equipped, it also has a washing machine and all the utensils in the kitchen, including salt, oil,spices,…. The location next to the shop and the tavern is a priority, and there is only a 5min dog to the beach. Free private parking space. The plazas are more beautiful than in the city center and you can also find the shade on them. It is 5-10 minutes by car to the city center, only parking is easy to find free. We were only bothered by a bit of a stench from the drains in the bathroom. And the nicest was the view from the huge terrace where you saw the sea and also Pag. We certainly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

We liked it very much at Stipe's, the place was as described and very clean. The contact with Stipe was excellent, she always responded within minutes. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Beautiful house - new and stylish, perfectly furnished. Terrace on the roof with barbecue and the look of the sea - TOP. The beach is about 4-5 minutes. The host was super friendly and helpful, always available if needed. We'd love to come back.

The accommodation is really very nice, very modern and wonderfully equipped. Nothing was missing (fully equipped kitchen, grill, heated pool, air conditioning, washing machine, towels, etc.) Communication was great and everything worked smoothly. A very charming and comfortable cottage/house. It was exactly as listed. Sime parents greeted us and showed us around the cottage as well as giving us some history. When Audrey twisted her knee they went out of their way to help by taking us to get some medical advice. A great stay and really enjoyed the countryside.

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
