Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pozzallo

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We had a truly wonderful stay at Lilibeth Houses in Scicli — it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area. The interiors are tastefully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — ideal after a warm Sicilian day. Scicli is full of charm, history, and beautiful baroque architecture. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby — we had some of the best meals of our trip here! A special thanks to our host, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering plenty of great local tips and always quick to respond. We left feeling recharged and full of appreciation for both the house and the area. We would happily return!

This house is much more than just a fantastic place to stay! This house is an absolute work of art and the ones who planned, implemented and decorated it are real artists! I couldn't stop walking through the rooms and looking at the details. Everything is just beautiful and functional at the same time: from wardrobe hooks, sheets, towels and plates, to the furniture to the great stove. Only high quality materials are processed in this house, nothing is cheap or kitschy. No compromises were made here. There are some beautiful, tailor-made decor accents and otherwise there is no unnecessary stuff around! The walled garden is fantastic, but especially we loved the small viewing terrace, where you can sit in the morning sun. Scicli is a picturesque town, many beautiful restaurants are within walking distance and experiencing the Easter celebrations there was a very special experience. Thank you!

Very nice clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Very nice view of the city from the balcony. Walk sporty enough to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped in the digestion of cannolis 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

Great place and hosts

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. In Noto, there are many great places to eat and shop. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

Francesco made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived - and even had a bunch of delicious Sicilian treats waiting for us in the kitchen, including a delicious Tiramisu made by his mother. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Anytime we had a question, he got back to us right away. His place is a gorgeous, three-story home in Noto, super close to the center but still nice and quiet. We were obsessed with the rooftop terrace and the amazing views. Hands down, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in.

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and always communicated super fast and uncomplicated. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with all questions. The WiFi is stable and is also well suited for video calls, if necessary. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic base for our 5 nights in Ortigia - accessible on foot to everything we wanted to do, about 10 minutes from the InCoop supermarket which supplied us well for cooking in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful/artistic touches, from artworks to bathroom and kitchen supplies. A wonderful place to be, great style to the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic views from all three balconies/out of the bedroom window. Having a washing machine was super-helpful too! Manuel was a very welcoming host, explaining the way things worked and gave plenty of local recommendations plus other local advice. The description is very accurate, including the 65 steps from the street to the apartment- unless this many steps will be an issue for you, I’d highly recommend booking this apartment. If I was ever to return to Siracusa I’d definitely want to stay here again.
