Monthly Rentals in Pozzo Sant'Evasio

This apartment is located in the middle of the town within 5 minutes walk to everything in Casale town center. The host was very responsive to my questions. The apartment had 2 large bedrooms and a large living room area. Only issue was no air conditioning. there was a portable air conditioning unit but we couldn't use it because the vent was not in apartment. but overall great host and apartment!

We had a really pleasant week in Casale Monferrato in this house. The cleanliness was impeccable, every corner was thoughtfully cared for and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. The towels were of excellent quality, soft, and fragrant, a detail that we really appreciated. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook comfortably: utensils, pots with a dishwasher and also the bathroom was equally equipped. The very comfortable living room, the only downside is the television, which unfortunately was not a smart TV. We highly recommend this home for those looking for a comfortable and well-organized stay in Casale Monferrato!

It was like being at a friend's place. Super clean accommodation equipped with all amenities in a quiet area equipped with ample parking. You could not really expect more. Elisa is a WONDERFULLY kind person and has provided us with all the directions to enjoy the amenities of the house. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time with Carlo who welcomed us in a professional and friendly way, the accommodation is wonderful furnished with very clean taste and worthy of a five-star hotel, we found everything for a good breakfast and appreciated the ease provided for check-out. We highly recommend it.
