Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. WIFI connection available. Crockery, linen and towels provided. Pets welcome. Reserved parking. Breakfast on request.

We stayed at the property for Lucca Comics. Although there were 8 guests, we had a great time and felt at home. The area is very quiet, surrounded by greenery, a little out of the way but it is worth it. The farmhouse is old but renovated and upon our arrival the landlord made us do a more than exhaustive presentation of the structure, explaining everything in detail. Inside there is also a beautiful hot tub, which after the fatigue of Comics was a real treat. Even though there were many of us, we didn't have any space issues. From a summer visit point of view, the property also offers an outdoor pool and green spaces around where you can relax. The veranda is also remarkable, very spacious and equipped. Communication with Daniela was also always friendly and prompt, especially to solve doubts or small problems. Honest price for a fairytale structure. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in “all'ombra del lauro” The house is big enough for the four of us and our dog. It also has many original Tuscan features and is simply but tastefully decorated. We were also able to spend a lot of time outside because of the beautiful weather. During the day in the shade of the laurel tree, in the evening in the hot tub enjoying the view and the setting sun. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful here, the only thing we hear are the birds whistling. The location is a great place to use as a base to explore the area. With cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca nearby, we didn't have to get bored. The places in the area were also worth visiting.

100% what we needed as a first trip to Italy. Truly in the spirit of Airbnb Lisa shared her home with us, we are so great full fire that. Set in the old area of Pescia it was all that we wanted and so much more. Central to explore Tuscany. Lisa is the perfect host and her house was so rustic and authentic Italian. A gem on the mountain cucuzzolo. We stayed with friends in this enchanted village, perhaps not choosing the best season (March) and not taking good weather, we were still able to enjoy a breathtaking view from the kitchen window overlooking an enchanted valley immersed in the clouds. The apartment is cute, temporary, colorfully furnished and cute. The rooms are comfortable, one with an en-suite bathroom very useful for a minimum of privacy if you share the apartment with friends. Debby who assisted us on arrival and Francesco who is the owner are both exquisite people. For those who wax a vacation in a small enchanted village away from the chaos of the city, this is the perfect place, better not to suffer from car sickness because to get there there there are several curves... but what a nice place!
