Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

We offer a nice and quiet place in nature with attractive opportunities for the summer and winter seasons. The cottage is located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area on the border of the largest Czech primeval forest Boubín. The location is perfect for planning walking and cycling trips to the area. In summer, beautiful Šumava nature offers the possibility of mushroom picking and swimming in the waters of the Warm Vltava River. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place in the picturesque village of Dobrá in the Šumava National Park. The gazebo is located 70 m from the guesthouse, where a shared bathroom with shower and toilet is available. On some dates, we offer breakfast and dinner. Must be arranged in advance. Outdoor seating is available. Cycling routes and hiking trails through the Šumava National Park lead directly from the gazebo, and there is a train that can take you to more distant beautiful places in Šumava. There is also a stylish pub U Němečků in the village.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Dobrá voda in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno dam. Ideal for families with children. There are activities for cyclists, fishermen, mushroom pickers, tourists... Near Dobrá voda there are all amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and many summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by electric INFRA heating, pellet stoves and a fireplace.
