Beautiful home! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! We thought the location was perfect as well!

We stayed in the house for 1 month and loved it. Very beautiful and quiet location but close enough to the action as well. The house itself was in a very good shape and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I can recommend this beautiful house 100% and I hope to stay there again.

The house was very nice and team was great they were extremely responsive. The pool was great. We had an issue with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and they had someone over within an hour or so to get it repaired that day. The locations was great secluded a 2 minute walk to the beach. The road to access the house is pretty narrow we arrived in a large 10 person van that you see everywhere in Thailand. It could make it to the house but it was tight any normal SUV or car would have no issue getting to the property. We stayed in the rainy season and did arrive right after a HUGE storm so the street in front was flooded with a inch or two of water if we didn't arrive in such a large vehicle we would have been able to pull into the drive way and not have to walk through the water. It did drain fully shortly after we had arrived and did not flood for any of the other rain storms while we were there. These were all very minor things to me and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved it every minute! There was everything needed for a nice and quiet environment. The villa was super clean and pool was a nice to have aswell. Thank you for accomodating us! Would recommend

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

A really nice villa that was just right for our group of two couples & a single adult. Jocelyn and Gayle are outstanding hosts and are very responsive to messages. We love this area and the proximity of the villa to the beach and there's plenty of local restaurants that serve excellent Thai food at great prices. Our two favourites were Tonto & Krua Ban Pa. The villa has a very relaxing vibe and is really comfortable. The helper comes in every day to empty the trash and the beds/towels were changed every week. The pool guy comes in twice a week to clean and the big pool is an excellent focal point. WiFi, smart TV and other amenities in the villa are all great. Beds are large and comfortable and the villa is in a quiet area but only one block back from the beach road. We had nothing whatsoever to criticise & would happily stay again. It was really good that enough bicycles were available for us to use and we cycled pretty much every day to the beach, local 7-11, lunch and dinner out.

Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

Great Location: next to the beach, 5min walk to market village which has a nice foodcourt. All night markets are very easy to reach within short time. Appartement is as shown in the pictures. Would come again :)

Very quiet condo building, unit was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, along with the fan that was provided. In order to cut back on air conditioner expenses, it may be appropriate to install a screen door on the balcony sliding door so it isn't necessary to use the air conditioner as much, and would save the host some expenses. Planning on returning in 2026, so I hope you will considering renting to me again thank you so much

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had a great time at Ian's place! The room is spacious and very clean, has a very comfy bed and great hot shower. Recommended!

The property is meticulously maintained and as secure as one can be in Thailand. The condo is located in the quietest part of the complex. I had a small hiccup , but Pitanu resolved the problem fairly quickly. The pool and gym were always busy.

We spent almost 6 weeks in the apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The administration staff was extremely helpful with various concerns. Pinpach quickly took care of minor defects in the kitchen equipment. Always happy to come back.

Annie was super helpful host good communication with clear instructions on how to access accommodation as we were arriving late evening. Location is on main rd easy to walk to beach restaurants .. apartment is small and balcony to .. comfortable bed. Everything was clean and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. I recently stayed at a great condominium. It has a fun water park, which is perfect for families. The building has elevators for wheelchairs, making it accessible for everyone. The living room is spacious, and the bedroom is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There’s also a mini-mart right in front of the condo, so you can find food anytime. The owner was very responsive and contacted me quickly, even though I booked after the check-in time. I highly recommend this place for a family stay!

Great location, comfortable apartment, and a kind host! At first, we were worried because of the construction nearby, but it turned out that with the windows closed, it didn’t bother us at all.
