The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the place is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little crowded. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying moments outdoors. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful. It's two blocks from the beach and two from a supermarket with everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and nice. The facilities have everything you need and more to be comfortable. AC in all rooms, two bathrooms. In short, very good everything. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a little far from the center, but it's not a bad thing about the apartment for me

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Bete and Gilberto are great hosts. Very polite and kind. The apartment was pristinely clean and organized. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook, make coffee. Small details did not go unnoticed. It's great to see hosts who care about providing basic things like salt, sugar, coffee filter, etc. The neighborhood is excellent and has restaurants, bars, markets and pharmacies nearby. I will return and recommend it.

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. The house is wonderful, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, it was well clean and equipped for our use, with coverings available, clean towels, kitchen items. Despite the announcement that it is 20 minutes to the beach (walking) we found it even closer and with a nearby market which helps a lot too. The city is safe with gate with control which we left calm with a child. In the most amazing everything we had great days there and Meri (host) was very kind and responded very quickly.

It is important to pay attention to the instructions of the hostess for the entrance of the house, but the call is really very nice and has an incredible view. Well equipped house, very clean and smelling. Cristina always requests a lot to help. I highly recommend

I stayed 10 days in Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is well arranged and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, a good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of bed linen and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk there. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!
