Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia da Barra da Lagoa

We had an incredible stay. It was our first year in Brazil and we were totally in love. The house is just like in the photos, super comfortable, clean and well located. The host was very nice and always responded quickly. We felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Exactly as described. Jacqueline was exceptional to work with. The location is great. The only drawback was the road noise, but the wonderful setting and sunsets made it worth it! Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Zenaide is an exceptional host—always responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. She stayed connected with us throughout our stay, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering support whenever necessary. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. The house is stunning and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, but the real highlights are the amazing amenities. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can disconnect, recharge, and feel completely taken care of, this is the place.

We were very satisfied about our stay at Licia's house. It is a peaceful place in the mid of the nature, and at the same time it is well located for the groceries, beach and restaurants. We had everything we need and Licia and João were available and at the same time discreet. We enjoyed the kayak on the lake and the swimming pool. I recommend to stay at this place to explore the island!

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

Lovely little apartment and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook meals. comfortable place with places to hang wet clothes to dry. Caroa was very friendly and easy to deal with. Close to a supermarket and the beach. This might be common in Brasil, but for me the sound insulation was poor so could hear the neighbours.

The perfect apartment, great location, to access the beach was just across the street, balcony with spacious barbecue, excellent cleaning, td according to the description and photos. I recommend

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location and Vibe

local town hall supplied our needs, good location, good condominium, suggestions: having a larger bin in the kitchen, because the one in the sink is not enough, to have a larger amount of toilet paper available and at least one disinfectant available to use in the bathroom for maintenance.

The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and has fine view of the lagoon. A very nice spot indeed.

Him and Andrea made us feel welcomed and helped the entire trip. Definitely recommend

The place delivers what the ad proposes and although more withdrawn, it is close to the best beaches and restaurants. The boat ride/public transportation at the head of Avenida das Rendeiras is amazing. We had a slight delay to be able to check in, but it was promptly resolved. A tip to guests who need to wash clothes: always check out washer/dry filters before use ;) We'd be back for sure!

The place is wonderful. Well located, has restaurants near and beach as well. I loved the site and the cottage. Sure, we'll be back again. :D

It was AWESOME!!! By far the best place I've ever stayed to rest and work from home too hahaha the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, I saw little monkeys, toucans and enjoyed every little bit. Patricia is super nice, she helped us with everything, I'll definitely be back soon ❤️

Our stay was great. It complied with our need and expectation. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Facilimo access to the lagoon. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities at your disposal. Very cozy room and great TV. Cadeirinhas de Praia and Guarda sun available. Bastante nets, tables and chairs. We just miss more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it.

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)

Beautiful place, the sound of the creek is amazing. We very much like the contact with nature. very complete house with utensils. In general everything is great. A negative point... Every kitchen item to be used we needed to wash, sinned in the hygiene of the house in general, in the most the place is wonderful.

The Chácara is wonderful. Much contact with nature, spacious and cozy house. Great place for kids, my kids loved it! Hosts always very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it! Those who will always want to come back! 😍
