Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia da Barra da Lagoa

There were 3 of us. The accommodation is well suited for a couple. The space is clean and has all the utensils. The location is great. Close to UFSC and everything is nearby.

The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

The home exceeded expectations. Very organized, clean and comfortable.

I spent 15 days working and it was excellent!!! very well located, close to everything and had everything I needed, very cozy! and Jorge extremely helpful, I had difficulty turning on the stove and he answered me right away on WhatsApp! not to mention the view from there that is priceless, it's super worth it, incredible experience and I hope to come back more often, thank you!

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at Nara's house! The place is simply amazing. The house is very well located, just a 20-minute walk from Sambaqui Beach, which allows you to enjoy the sea and the tranquility of the place. In addition, it is close to two markets, which makes it very easy for quick shopping and meals. The region is super quiet and safe, providing a sense of peace throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the place is also worth mentioning, the house was impeccable, well organized and with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Another positive point is that, in addition to Sambaqui Beach, there are other beaches nearby, which gives even more options for those who like to explore the region. Undoubtedly, it is an excellent place to rest and enjoy nature, without losing the convenience of being close to everything. I highly recommend staying at Nara's house! I would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. Great accommodation! The house is amazing, super cozy, clean, illuminated, amazing energy! For the more limited, it is worth remembering that the house is on a steep slope, which on rainy days cars cannot climb, but it is only 5 minutes walking, it is not a big deal. The hike is super worthwhile as soon as you enter the listing. Carol is super communicative, always responding quickly giving all the support possible. Super would come back!

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.
