The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

It was a wonderful stay. Very cozy flat, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to all the amenities of Canasvieiras and also easy to go to other regions. Liana was very kind and attentive and also flexible with checkout. Nei was extremely kind and solicited on our arrival and departure. Returning to Canasvieiras, we will certainly stay in Liana's apartment.

We loved the days we spent there, the apartment really is just like the photos, when we arrived everything was clean and very fragrant, very cozy! I highly recommend it! The place is wonderful, with easy access to markets, bakery, etc. We are speechless and already want to go back!

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

This house was beautiful! The view from each room was stunning! We had a bird’s eye view of the birds and the beach. We had a lovely time going out to eat and eating in! The kitchen was very well stocked! I have a feeling we’ll be back!

We had a great stay at Steve's house. This house is about 10-15 minutes from Praia Mole and within minutes you are in the lively area around the lake. There are a lot of restaurants and bars. Douglas was phenomenal, he helped us a lot and drove us everywhere we wanted to go. We even went to a super rodizio restaurant together. Lena was also a great support and helped us with the laundry. we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.
