Avencas Beach House - Ocean View

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. All the appliances in the apartment are electrical.

Located at Parede, a small town at Cascais (one of the best region to live in Portugal) A five minutes walking or cycling from the beach. Train station (Lisbon to Cascais), restaurants, supermarket and bakeries is less 1 minute walking. Beach towels is included and is possible choosing the type of beds (twins or single). Sunny Studio 2

Perfect studio for a couple to enjoy the beach and the city. Located 2 minutes walk from Parede beach and 2 minutes walk from the train to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais. There are 2 studios on the property, for guests. The pool is shared with the two guests of the second studio and with the hosts who live on the property.
