Warmly Decorated Loft with an Ocean View

High end loft, comparable to a 5 stars hotel. the complete Loft. Ill make digital tours via whatsapp or other similar app, and i send sugestions and advices every day. 24 h avalible. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

O meu espaço fica mesmo no centro da vila da Parede, por cima de uma loja de flores. A localização é ótima, no centro, para quem quer, ir á praia, visitar Cascais ou Lisboa. Junto à estação de comboios, supermercados, lojas, restaurantes e a 200 metros da praia. É um primeiro andar, tem que subir escadas. O Quarto é totalmente independente com casa de banho privada e wifi, televisão, ar condicionado e toalhas de banho. Cama de casal, as vistas são para a traseira do edifício.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Dilma war einfach nur wunderbar. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse und in einigen Minuten ist man sowohl bei der Bahn als auch am Strand. Da kleine Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alles was ich für meinen Aufenthalt brauchte. Besonders habe ich die Loggia geliebt, in der man die Fenster weit aufschieben kann und wo man zum Frühstücken herrlich in der Sonne sitzen kann. Toll war auch, daß man mit Rollos den Schlafraum abdunkeln kann. Dilma ist ein ganz wundervoller Mensch und auch mein Sohn, der in Lissabon studiert war herzlich willkommen. Danke für einen unvergeßlichen Aufenthalt liebe Dilma! Ich hoffe sehr einmal wiederzukommen!

I had a wonderful stay here and would gladly return again. The house has everything a traveler may need. The beach, which is beautiful, is right around the corner. Gonçalo is a fantastic host, friendly and real, easy to talk to about pretty much anything. I felt welcome and right at home!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis ! le logement est parfait pour séjourner aux alentours de Lisbonne, il est très bien situé et dans un lieu calme. Places de parking gratuites au bout d'une impasse c'est un plus. Carlos parlant français nous avons échangé sur ses connaissances en vin et il nous donné des recommandations de restaurants qui ont été les bienvenues ! Super séjour.

Feedback for Gesthomes by Alexandra & Pedro: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We traveled all the way from Boston to visit my mother after 18 years — it was such an emotional and unforgettable moment. The place exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and so much more. We truly had an amazing time and I highly recommend it. I really hope to come back!

I had a lovely stay with Alaize Maria! She is incredibly kind and her home is lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very close to the train station (where she even very kindly picked me up) and the beach. Easy access into the center of Lisbon and also relaxing beaches right by. I hope to come back to Portugal and stay again.
