Very good place, close to the beach, comfortably accommodates 2 people, in the morning it is a great place for walks, not to mention the kindness that the hostess received us, I highly recommend the place!!!

Super cozy space, exactly according to the photos. The location at Bombas beach is excellent, with several options of trade (market, pharmacy, restaurant, bakeries) very close to do everything from apé. De break is still very close to the access to the beach of Ribeiro and Bombinhas (also apé). Adriana is super friendly and requests and welcomed us well. We recommend to everyone!

Eliane was very kind to us. He made us a few times and he cares about us when it rained. The apartment is quiet, spacious. We were able to cook quietly and let us leave our backpacks after check-out until we left. Had icy water. I recommend

We will definitely return, the house is very cozy, it had everything you need, very quiet, spacious parking for vehicles, and everything full of plants🌿 Eliane was flexible with the check-in schedule and very kind, we arrived much earlier than expected and she let us in earlier

Very complete stay, during the reservation I forgot to put my two-year-old son and shortly after informing the host Daniel, he kindly still had a mattress and extra bed and bath linens. We stayed for 5 days, clean, organized and smelling place had everything we needed even more complete that advertised and was extremely cozy. Easy access to the apartment, quiet place, close and easy access to the beach of Conceição. Host always very kind and considerate. I highly recommend your stay. I intend to return soon !

Ape is exactly like in the pictures. The location is close to everything: the BEACHES, markets, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Vc manages to do everything on foot. Jessica is a love of person and very kind and has always been available before and during our internship! We'll come back more often for sure!!

Everything was very good, a very pleasant experience, Mrs. Silvana and Jhonatan were wonderful, they spared no effort to make our family feel at home. Looking forward to the next vacation, to come back again.

It was a great stay, we are already thinking about returning to the place, wonderful region, very clean and organized space. Hamilton was very nice, he explained everything perfectly!!

I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet. I really liked the location, close to the sea and close to the walkway that gives access to Lagoinha beach, where there are many fish. These were wonderful family days. Communication with Marcelo was very good and check-in was flexible. I want to come back more times!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .
