My husband and I liked it and we were very happy in the period of stay that we stayed at the Ap de Dalsten, a clean, cozy place, close to the beach and the local business and everything according to the listing. He and his mother always requested when we needed some information, I recommend and I give maximum score

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

The apartment is as it is in the photos. The host was super accessible and flexible with check-in and checkout times. It is very close to Camburi beach.

The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the landscape from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Highly recommend Jose’s place. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the views and the pool very much!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: The surrounding area is calm and special. It's a villagelike neighborhood with a very folksy atmosphere. the clean beach is a 20-minute walk (5 by car) and it never seems over - crowded. The small, clean kinet has a rooftop terrace that offers spectacular sunset viewing. Overall I got more than I expected.
