We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The stay was wonderful. The host returns quickly and always helpful. The building is of great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and quick access by car to Vila Velha, historic center of Vitória, waterway, tamar project and humpback whale, beaches, as well as other important sites in the region. The concierge service is very good and the gym of the building is very complete, good for those who do not want to stop doing their routine physical activity (the region also offers a possibility for cyclists). The apartment is amazing: well organized and decorated, accommodates 4 people in a comfortable way, full kitchen, laundry room, has two bathrooms, spacious room overlooking the third bridge. Bed linen and towels are available. Rooms and living rooms have air conditioning, to be used sparingly or at will if prior agreement with the host. Coming back for a new stay for sure! We stayed 5 days, it was very quiet. Bairro Seguro , has a front bakery, the beach can be reached on foot. The building has a great structure, the apartment is comfortable. Everything ok.

Apartment with an amazing view of Vitória! You can't regret it.

Amazing stay. checked in with my significant other and one of my really good friends. the place was super clean and had everything we needed. the view from the balcony was more than perfect and the air conditioner came in handy on those hot days. the only thing I think I can say was bad is the water temperature wasn't the hottest but from what I have learned that is in many places out there.

Simply fantastic, Antônio served us quickly whenever we need to answer questions before check-in and even during the stay, very clean, spacious and cozy apartment, a wonderful view of the sea, which makes us wake up and go straight to the window to enjoy such wonder. A great location, easy access, and several useful places for certain.

Location exactly as described, simple but with all the necessary basics + comfort of air conditioning in both environments. We stayed more than 1 month and it was quiet, internet with stable connection to work and convenient location with bakeries and restaurants nearby. But the best thing is to be in front of the beach!
