The house is HUGE, with many amenities, comfortable and too good price. I wish I could've stayed longer!

Although I rented the house of this listing, I stayed on Kitnet (which was below the listing house). So my comment is about kitnet. It was a great cost-benefit. The structure as a whole is good. You need to go down a small easy to access staircase. It has a common area in this part of the underside shared with another house. The bedroom window for this shared space, but it has a curtain. On the door of the room, which leads to the common space, there are small windows. The bathroom has a tbm window, only the kitchen that does not. The room is super-set: good air conditioning, good bed, TV with hometheater. The shower is good. The kitchen is equipped with:microwave, airfrayer, shear, small fridge, stove, blender and a plastic table with 2 plastic chairs. The location is good: de Uber was at the beach, shopping and restaurants in 10 - 15 min and it was possible to stroll with the dogs on the street. Cristian is always very helpful and kind, extremely flexible with check-in and check-out… Without a doubt, one of the best options on this platform! Clean, organized, amazing place, I'll be back

Great location, close to the seaside and good restaurants. The pool and barbecue area are super clean and organized. The mattresses are very good and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

For the second time in this same wonderful home where I feel at home, great location with a wonderful view, several restaurant options that are right next door, the building offers several amenities as well, grocery store, restaurant, gym, cafeteria, in the apartment everything is clean and fragrant, bed linen, towels, everything impeccable, and Lara is always available, I highly recommend it

The Marina was a great host! The apartment was spotless! Clean and extremely organized I already had coffee powder and sugar, and as a good miner, I found a perfect treat! The perfect location! We didn't take the car out of the garage for anything! I definitely recommend it to everyone

I am from Bahia and it was my fourth time in ES. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He sent a message several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am immensely grateful to Felipe and I hope to return soon and stay again in this cozy place.

wonderful apartment! spacious, ventilated, close to restaurants, the beach, pharmacy and supermarket. everything just like the photos, electric shower and washing machine, plus capsule coffee maker available. Luis responded quickly to our questions and was always willing to help us. Overall, it was 10/10.

Great stay, super quiet location, close to bars, restaurants and quick access to the main roads of the capital. Super clean place and met our goal very well. Thanks for the stay.
