The apartment is excellent, very clean, air-conditioning in all rooms, very complete, large and very good pool. Not to mention the very privileged location. 100% satisfied, I will definitely return more often.

Know the best experience I've ever had on an Airbnb! A grateful surprise in every way. The apartment is complete, consisting only of items of great condition and quality. All very well thought out to accommodate groups of all ages. The location is spectacular with leisure for all tastes and a lot of security. Didn't want to leave rs! Caroline always made herself available for us to have a trip without unforeseen events. We hope to return soon.

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is lovely, well done and near the beach and restaurants. I stayed there for 10 days with my husband and my baby and we had a great, peaceful time. Gustavo went above and beyond to meet our needs. The beach kit is an extra that makes a huge difference!

The apartment is very nice and bright, the balcony with a jacuzzi grill and an incredible view of the nose and its vegetation. The tranquil barrio with a good gastronomic offer a few blocks away, and supermarkets for cooking at home. Highly recommended !!

Chris was amazing! His place is so cute and surrounded by nature. Even though it was cloudy when we went, everything still looked so beautiful & magical! It was fun, peaceful, and just what we needed. We’d love to stay again!

It was a great apartment. It's all well tidy. Various kitchen utensils. Garage. TVs, Fast internet. Very nice bath. Air-conditioned in the three environments. Great location. Access to Open Mall - restaurants, bakeries, small markets to buy fast items. The beach access via 500m hike. Very good area for street racing. Security in Jurerê. Sensational.

We were well received and well accommodated, everything was impeccable from the entrance to the apartment until our departure, Marcelo always offering assistance in what we needed, and clarifying our doubts. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms well cleaned and tidy, offering everything it promised, cozy house and with a privileged view! We will definitely be back!! 💗

The loft is a place where anyone would like to live always, close to the beach and places for shopping/restaurants, I was delighted. Check-in and check-out are very convenient to do.

The place had a nice layout and I enjoyed my stay here. It’s is in a nice area, secure and everything is within walking distance!

The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

Great atmosphere, very comfortable. It was all clear, communication with Carla was extremely easy, the neighborhood is very quiet and it is close to the beach. I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Amazing place, very close to the beach with a very peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It’s a little far from downtown Florianopolis (25-30 min Uber ride) but it has decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had an overheating issue with the hot tub but Vanessa was extremely helpful and made sure the issue was solved before the end of our stay, which was during a holiday. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax!

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
