We are ecstatic! A welcoming environment with a lot of peace and silence, ideal for relaxing and clearing the mind. The only sound you will hear is from the birds singing and the wave of the sea. Nearly from every corner of the house we could see and feel the sea. Well-equipped house met my expectations. moreover, the host was very polite and proactive! Large house, with rooms with lots of privacy, great for situations like mine, where we enjoy the space with another family friend! Great pool with super nice kiosk and delicious TV room with a window for the pool! The condominium is in a strategic location, very close to Guarajuba and its attractions and especially close to Praia do Forte, which is WONDERFUL!!! As a suggestion, based on my personal perception (just that!), it is worth opening the rooms for ventilation before the arrival of the families, as the rooms have lots of wood and upholstery. And the Host is a super partner and attentive, thank you so much for that!

The place is super quiet, it is in a kind of reserve near the beach of the fort. Marcos also gave instructions that greatly helped get to the site.

The property is located in the heart of Praia do Forte, close to everything (we do not take the car to nd). Family and safe environment. The apt is all equipped and was extremely clean and tidy. Dona Lúcia is super attentive, she left us pampering and easy instructions. You can leave without fear!

I stayed with my husband and my 2 daughters, 10 and 4 years old. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and bright. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with that view and the silence. We liked the complex a lot, it had its own pool and the beach had 2 very comfortable entrances. In one of them, they offer you sun loungers and chairs at no cost for those who stay in the condominium. There is also a restaurant that offers à la carte beach service. The resort's beach is divine!! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, at the entrance to Praia do Forte. Debora is very attentive. Thank you

Dona Ana is an example of a hostess. It responds quickly and always very polite, is attentive and thoughtful of guests and wants us to feel at home. It prepared everything with the smallest details , gave clear instructions on how to get there and what to do, as well as being very attentive to the cleaning of the property, which is something I value very much. It's a cozy space, which accommodates very well. I will certainly come back and say a lot to everyone.

Our stay at Alessandro's place was great! The apartment is cozy, fully equipped and the beach in front of the condominium is beautiful and great for swimming. Alessandro was very polite and responsive. I recommend it!

Very beautiful condominium, with good entertainment options: swimming pool, gym, pond, free animals (duck and guinea fowl), courts (several), playground and green area. The back of the condominium gives access to the main road of Itacimirim, which is parallel to the beach, 100m away. Very tidy apartment, with utensils and appliances necessary for the guest's convenience, very clean and safe, with a safety net for children. Nilson's attention is the bonus of the stay. I recommend it without fear of making a mistake.

Ronaldo is extremely helpful and takes wonderful care of the house and the huge garden in the surroundings of the house. The house has all the utensils the guest may need.
