Excellent option to be close to Praia do Lord. We loved that you can ride a bike to the beach. The apartment has everything you need, it's very comfortable, and the decor is very tasteful. Pedro is a great host, always attentive and willing to help.

A great stay for the family, with the right to relax in the late afternoon by the pool. Guilherme's apartment is wonderful, true to the description and photos, with all the amenities guests need, not to mention the quality of the furniture, utensils and bed and bath linens. We were people and the apartment was spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. The condominium is very quiet (although we were off-season) and very safe. It has a barbecue area, swimming pool, ice machine, everything to generate the greatest possible comfort for guests. Guilherme was a great host, responded promptly to messages and communication was easy and respectful. Itacimirim beach has slightly stronger waves, if you prefer tranquility, it is worth visiting the natural pools of the neighboring beaches (Praia do Forte and Guarajuba). We rented a car and visited several nearby beaches, it's really worth it. Definitely a great place to stay!

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

The stay was excellent! I felt at home. My favorite part was the kitchen, well-equipped, perfect for those who don't want to depend on restaurants or bars for food. I highly recommend it.

Sensational the stay, from the extremely attentive reception on the part of everyone available in the house to the details like room storage, coffee table and other meals. Peu (chef recommended to accompany us) is a sweet person, took care of everything in the smallest detail and made a difference !!! We were surprised with so much attention, affection and availability of people. Super recommend and will be back soon !!! We spent an amazing month at André and Val's house, me along with my wife and our two little doguin. The house is spacious and welcoming… with high ceiling and very well airy. It is located in a dead end street, surrounded by a lot of nature and with an absolute silence — ideal for those who seek peace and quiet. A few meters from the house, we had access to both the beach and the river, which made our days even more special. Every morning I would run to the beach and, on the way back, I would enjoy a refreshing swim in the river before returning. It was a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this little house. We used an internet for our work and it worked perfectly. The house has all the necessary structure for a full stay! A special thanks to neighboring Drael, who was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay ! 😃🙏🏼

The village is great, very well equipped, large, very comfortable, wonderful garden. The condominium is also excellent, very safe, organized, we were very well served and received by the condominium, all very fast and practical. Beach and river access through the condominium. Leonardo was very attentive, gave many tips and was always available for more tips and suggestions about the region.

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The host was quite solicit and friendly. The building was in good condition and clean, but it could offer beds in better condition and extra towels for the pool/beach. Overall, we were very pleased.

i liked the accommodations, with the exception of bedding, they should have blankets, the sheets are very thin, in the most everything was very good.

We have no words for our stay! All impeccable and definitely the best experience I've ever had. The house is very cozy, everything is very clean and working perfectly, the condominium is amazing and the restaurant of the club is so great! Simone very willing and always available, made me really feel at home. We do not miss the beach as the place really makes you not want to leave there anymore, we definitely intend to go back.

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. the full AP, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and sunshine available and the marmosets have always come good morning. Of what we were not used to comparing to other airbnb are, paying the part for energy and bedding. In the most we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

The location and the house is wonderful. All the condominium staff were very helpful and attentive. Ana let us come in early and leave later, which was almost an extra day for us to enjoy. Thank you, very, very grateful. Wonderful experience

Lorena and Lucas, the owners, were always available and were very flexible to accommodate my family's needs. The apartment is beautiful, with top quality furniture. Clean and very nice. The pool is a dream, with very warm water, perfect for after the beach. We loved everything and hope to return. I recommend this stay without so much as a second thought!

Without a doubt, the best property I've ever been able to stay in Imbassai for so many times I've been. Wonderful location close to the river, the beach and restaurants without needing a car. A sensational view. Apartment super equipped with everything you can imagine, from an electric barbecue to several games for family fun. I will definitely be back very soon as it was worth every penny paid for this stay. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!
