Ao nosso lado está o restaurante A Porteira e do outro uma delicatéssen. Na nossa rua temos três bons restaurantes. Em frete temos um mini shopping com farmácia, lanchonetes e Burguer King. O Centro de Convenções, onde acontece o show da virada, além de diversos congressos fica há 1,2 km do nosso condomínio
