The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. The host responds quickly and is always very polite. The house is as described and in the photos (clean, with all the necessary utensils, comfortable bed, well ventilated and with a complete barbecue area). The location and view are wonderful, being in the right corner of the beach where it is super quiet and with restaurant options nearby. Really an excellent experience.

Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable house

The house is wonderful and perfect! We went with small children 1 and 3 years old and it is perfect to quickly go to the beach as many times as necessary! The children loved the scale and slip! The house has everything necessary; we didn't have any problems! Miriam was always willing to answer us quickly! The rooms, bathrooms, every house fit perfectly for the family! We do not use the pool much, as it has cooled down; but the pool is wonderful! We're thrilled to be back!

Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! Full of whimsical details and impeccable cleanliness. The place in the middle of the forest is unique! Super quiet for rest days. Mateus was helpful and proactive at the reception. My family and I really liked the house, nice place, close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and has shops and restaurants at the entrance. Itamambuca beach is very good. The house has a very good leisure area, which compensates for the rainy days. I appreciate the hospitality of Tadeu and the appointment of Karina, who is a great cook! I recommend your stay!

Beautiful house, very responsive host, great outdoor kitchen, heated pool. House has 3 bed rooms and rather small, therefore we were having 4 in a room, which was a bit a stretch. Unfortunately during holiday season we had very noisy neighbors partying for two nights keeping as all awake and not willing to stop music all night. Not in direct control of Marcelo but something to be aware of that it is not a given being quiet. Itamambuca itself is wonderful.

Emerson your homeowner was also attentive suoer at all times. Full and quiet house to rest. Easy access to the beach and the coast. Our stay was perfect, the street is very quiet without much "coming and going" and the house is right in the middle, about 300m from the beach. The house is great, very airy, spacious, beautiful, everything working well. We felt at home and loved the company of the kitten Lilly. Roberto was a great host, congratulations on such a nice space.

The house is exceptional. Ampla, well aerated and illuminated, with large and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the bed and bath linens were very smelling and the house was very clean. The condominium where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful, most of the streets do not have lighting at night, including the street of the house, but this is not a problem. The beach is very close, with a 2 minute walk you are already standing on the sands. In addition, the location is close to the northernmost beaches, which tend to be less crowded and this is excellent. We really enjoyed the stay and would come back!

Wonderful place, in the middle of nature. You can walk to the beach, down 15th Street, which already leaves by the river. The accommodation is a charm and super integrated with the location. The double bed is standard size and has a structure on the feet that did not fit my right husband, he is tall, but the mattress and pillows super comfortable. The rooms have curtainless windows and are clear with the sunrise. And for those with small children, the second quarter is a little bit far from the first, so my daughter wanted to stay in the room with us. But the room is very spacious and it was quiet. We saw birds and squirrels lying on the net, a delight.

It was very nice to stay at Selma's place, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house served us super well and is exactly like the photos. We had great moments while we were there. The house is amidst the exuberant nature of the mountains of the sea, surrounded by green and birds. Selma was very helpful and attentive to everything we need during the stay. We loved staying at Fabio's house. Super comfortable house, well protected and close to the beach. We had a very enjoyable time. Fabio was excellent. We hope to come back again and again.

Our stay was great! We went into three families, totaling 10 people (including kids), and the house served us perfectly. The place is excellent, very well cared for, clean and with everything working perfectly — exactly as in the pictures. The location is great: the condominium is super quiet and familiar, ideal for resting. The beach is only 3 minutes' walk away. It is worth mentioning that, on the stretch in front of the house, the beach has no kiosk structure. When we wanted something more structured, we drove to the tip of the beach, with kiosks and beach service (we did this just one day). On other days, we bring snacks and have lunch at the house. The condominium also has ice cream shop, market, bakery and very good restaurants, with fair prices. Anyway, we love the experience and we'll definitely be back.
