Nice house in a Gated Community

Wonderful house in a gated community, with a doorman, cameras and 24-hour security. The land is 820 sq. meters and the house is 300 sq. meters, the house is completely enclosed, ideal for families with children and pets. In addition to a beautiful private pool, we have a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a hammock area, and a fire pit. And an 80 sq. meter living area with super comfortable furniture. The Condominium is great for hiking and has a crystal clear river for swimming. 2 security cameras, front and back.

Large, airy and very comfortable house with 3 bedrooms, two of them being en-suites and one simple, all with air conditioning Itamambuca is in the village of itamambuca next to nature in a very quiet place and therefore we prohibit sound on the spot , only ambient music. The beach is a 5-minute walk along the Itamambuca River place surrounded by nature and beautiful trails, great waves for surfing. We have great restaurants and bakeries nearby
