Beachfront holiday rental in Praia de Leste

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

It was one of the most pleasant stays that my husband and I had at a time on the beach. The place is amazing, for those who like tranquility and enjoy a rest time. Very helpful Camila and interested in helping us, Babi is kind and solicitous, like the Guto caretaker of the building. Anyway, they were incredible days, so much so that we came back the following week. Thanks for sharing this amazing place...

Quiet place, we liked the house, everything was very clean and organized, Ricardo always responded quickly and was considerate.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

We were received with great affection and care. Clean apartment, well maintained, fully equipped with pots, pans... clean bedding... anyway, we loved it and we certainly recommend it.

GREAT!!!! Me and my wife had a great stay. Extremely complete AP, furniture and utensils to spare. We do not feel the need for anything other than what is in the AP. Everything very clean, organized and very pleasant. Mr. João very attentive and helpful. Mrs. Iliane who received us, and always very attentive, prescriptive and polite. I definitely recommend everyone to spend days at the AP, you'll be surprised. The VIEW is a bonus that will definitely make you fall in love with the place.

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

Our lodging at Carmem's house was excellent, we felt at home, everything clean and organized, in addition to the wonderful location, which we provided tranquility and peace of mind. Bruno was very attentive, the extremely safe, quiet place, the heated pool is the differential, the accommodation although small met our needs very well.

The ap is incredible, impeccable, super-equipped with several appliances, had chairs and sunscreen, the bed and bath linens were new of quality and were fresh and smelled, had air conditioning in all the comforts working perfectly, the chuverios were delicious. Iolanda was extremely helpful, always responding with promptness and kindness. The condominium is a side show, wonderful pool, game room, sports courts, bocha cacha, garden, skate track, pet space and even food truck. I would definitely stay again, one of the best aps I've ever stayed with.

Great host, worrying about the accommodation, attentive, pleasant place, quiet, right next to the beach, very good. I was only a little disappointed because the pool was somewhat green, but nothing that would spoil the weekend, we enjoyed it well. wonderful space. all in very good taste. kitchen utensils for everything, we were in 06 served us with total comfort. sobrado offers bath and bed suits, which makes it much easier. the garment extension on the upper floor of the condominium made it very easy to be well ventilated and with perfect sun position. the beach is fascinating. clean and calm waters. a good space of sand. in the area of commerce are farther away in need of a car. very cute place with condominium monitoring, which gives comfort. we intend to return as soon as possible

Helena was by far one of the best hosts I've ever had. Gentle, sweet, and polite. A person who really wants you to be there and feel good. The house is a love. Extremely clean, organized and complete. There is even an outdoor barbecue that we can use and waste separation. The location is excellent, I dare say one of the best on the island, as the others are very remote. It is easily accessible to the pier (where the boats stop) a 5-minute walk. Super safe location. We used the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the dark room is quiet, great for sleeping. The balcony is a delight. I will definitely return, I felt at home. Sucesso ❤️

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

cozy, private and quiet... I spent my honeymoon there and it was wonderful... despite the rainy weather... the stay was very cozy. for those looking for comfort and well-being. I recommend it and I'm looking forward to returning.
