Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. Everything very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage. Matheus many friends have already asked me for their contact, because they like the photos I posted from the house and will make the reservation with you. Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. Excellent stay on Ilha do Mel. Well-located environment, with a beautiful view and adequate structure. Unfortunately, one of the fans stopped working, so we got hot, but that was just a detail and didn't disrupt the stay. Note 10! Only the bottom fan didn't work with the intense heat.

Located in a great spot in Novas Brasília, close to all the beaches in the region, restaurants for lunch, snacks and even inns in case you want to have breakfast out. There were clean towels and linens. I went with my family and we would stay at the house again. The location with tranquility/privacy and a few meters from the beach was a very positive point for us.
