We are PET FRIENDLY! The house is 01 block (100 m) from the beautiful Sape beach, within a condominium (near Lagoinha). The house has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) + mezzanine. There is 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Total = 5 bathrooms For leisure there is pool, barbecue, pizza oven, garden with hammocks. The condominium is easily accessible next to the beach (no need to cross the track). Once you get there, you don't need a car, because a 5-minute walk away there are supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. A 20-minute walk away there are waterfalls!

The house is in the Samola condominium, with 24-hour concierge, and is 400 meters from Lagoinha Beach. In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)
