We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Very comfortable, clean, brand new apartment. Air conditioning working perfectly, great shower. The only extremely NEGATIVE point was vacancy 26. Because an Hb20 car did not fit. However, the host promptly responded, making spot 28 available, where we were able to park.

The listing is exactly like the listing. There is a very desirable amenity and privacy and Francesca is a top quality host. We will certainly return!!

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my siblings felt very secure inside the building. It has market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach can also walk and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to come back because we did just a knock and come back! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towel.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

It was amazing our stay, totally cozy and family space, great space for children, only for pets that I had the concern of the outside the grids to have a lot of space where my dogs would spend, and there were no ramps for those who need or have a wheelchair user, but it is the structure of the condominium, in relation to the ape and Daniel and the girl who received us at the checkin for the delivery of the keys was totally perfect, I have no complaints, super ventilated and well located, wonderful, I will come back more times 💖

The house is very large and comfortable, we went as 3 couples and it was great for us, everything was working, it's good to warn that all the outlets are 220v, we only knew when we got there and we took 110v things, the apartment is very close to the beach, just cross the highway and you're there, we loved it and we will definitely return!!
