Beautifully decorated and functional apartment. All very clean and organized! Complete structure for one or two people to spend very pleasant days in Maceió. I highlight the quality of the bath towels, very fluffy and soft, and the fact that it has microfiber blankets, which guarantee heating when we turn on the air conditioning. The building has a great structure and, although there is no washing machine in the apartment itself, there is an outsourced express laundry. Anyway, great experience! I hope to be back soon!!!

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is consistent with the photos of the listing. The structure and organization of the building is very good. Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from a supermarket and pharmacy, not to mention that the neighborhood is excellent, we walked around easily. Communication with Vivina was excellent, always very attentive and solicitous. He even managed to make the check-out more flexible for us so that we could organize ourselves better. Anyway, I recommend it to anyone who comes to Maceió.

Our stay was excellent, located in the heart of the green tip, close to the main points, such as Marco dos Corais, Giant Chair and others. The apt is the same as the advertisement, beautiful and clean, with kitchen utensils, giant television and a comfortable and smelling bed, hot shower and rotating parking, but always has vacancy. L pool is excellent with structure for several occasions. Host is very attentive and has taken care of us quickly when we need it. I'll be back soon!

I had a wonderful stay at Noé's house! Cozy, spacious and super-equipped house. My husband and I spent a lot of time in the outdoor leisure area as it is super private and with a SPECTACULAR view to see the sunset!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Impeccable house! Everything is just right, super well-equipped, just arrive and use, it has everything we need. It is a very cozy, airy, spacious and comfortable house. The yard is super private and nice, integrated with the living room and kitchen. The hosts are very kind and proactive, leaving the house very well taken care of to welcome guests. We left already wanting to go back. Besides, the beach is very close and wonderful too.

The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
