We had a great stay, the house is very well furnished and allows to spend good times with family/friends, I recommend it!!!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

Thiago was a great host, facilitated our check-in and checkout, responded to everything very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

From the beginning Fábio was always very helpful, polite and responded to us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it seemed like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with respect to utensils. We are comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. I recommend it with no hesitation. Congratulations Fabio. It was perfect!

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

Simply wonderful! The house is a true seaside retreat, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds was a unique and invigorating experience. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was very well cared for, fragrant and tidy in the smallest details. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for those seeking rest and connection with nature. Host Rodrigo was amazing: attentive, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. You can see that he really cares about the guest experience. It was a perfect stay in all ways. A 10 for cleanliness, quiet and hospitality. I already miss it and want to come back! And what a view of the sea... just steps from the beach 😊

Place very well located, close to restaurants, bakeries and Beto Carrero park. There is a bus stop on the corner, easy access to arrive and leave. If you want to save money from the navigating airport to his house and vice versa, just use the bus (R$4.75 a ticket). From the house you can see the park and walk there is no effort!

The place is SPECTACULAR, I went with two couples of friends and we left very satisfied and surprised, it is even better than expected. Everything is clean, very well organized and equipped, a magical place, facing the sea where you sleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend it.

The condominium's leisure spaces are very good, with a heated pool, jacuzzi, gym and game room. Nádia was a great host, providing clear and attentive information both at check-in and checkout.

i stayed with my family for my little girl's birthday, the goal was to be close to the beto trail, perfect. but Plus was the lodging, we did barbecue, marshmalow and we took a lot of enjoyment of the landscape, a beautiful and super cool corner for photos. plus the surprise of a breakfast that delighted my daughter 😍
