The house was very clean and cozy! City has met all the expectations of my family. The very good beach and the very clean condominium pool! I like it too much and with ctz I recommend!!!!

I really like the residence, it's a cozy and very quiet place. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and proved available to solve some unforeseen events. In general I had a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for greater privacy.

The house is wonderful! Super spacious, comfortable, the rooms are air-conditioned, the outdoor area with the pool is super nice and the front area has a beautiful garden and an inviting table for shared moments between family and friends. The host was helpful to assist with issues such as pool cleaning and punctual in check-in and checkout processes. It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend!

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful, organized and cozy house. The house conveys peace, very quiet, the garden is beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, the kitchen is equipped and clean. The TV box is a good differential, I will return more often. 10/10.

The reception by the host was wonderful, the housekeeper is not even spoken, a sympathy in person. i had to anticipate the checkout and it was very peaceful, the host agreed with no problem. the house, though not new, was very clean and accommodates very well 15 people, to get better, I would just need to change some beds. great value.

It really is an apartment that I recommend with my eyes closed and that I would rent again, not to mention the perfect location, close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars... and easy to access! Very cozy and well structured house. Utensils working well. Wonderful condominium with many activities to do, such as horse riding, club pool, in short, has met our expectations too much and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back for another family weekend.

Júnior was an extremely agile host, responding to messages in record time. We stayed only one night, and unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but that wasn't a problem. On the contrary, we take the opportunity to connect with the sea well ahead and recharge in a calm environment. The condominium is super quiet, it looked like we were the only guests.
