You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... apto da Rosane is identical to the photos, less than 1 block from the central beach, rent without fear. We stayed at 4 people in the apartment and served us very well, a super safe place, very family condominium, quiet, clean, the apartment was clean, airy, Jurema welcomed us very well, we arrived at 11 pm, and she handed us the super helpful key, with ctz when I return to Guaratuba I will stay in this apartment again.

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

Very Nice Apartament! The location its great, around 600m to the beach, and in front a supermarket. The place it is amazing, have a lot of space, very clean, cozy, and acomodated 12 persons very well. It has 2 parking spots, but in the street are other parking available, with no further problems. Regina was great host, and keep the comunication easy and quick.

Excellent, Vanessa is super helpful, the location is very close to the beach and the living area is very good. I recommend it.

Bruno was very attentive, the extremely safe, quiet place, the heated pool is the differential, the accommodation although small met our needs very well.

The house is exactly like the photos, very cozy! The place was a little confusing to find, but with the help of Cris who welcomed us, everything was fine and we found it. Cris helped us by giving tips on where to eat, the location of supermarkets and bakeries, information about the house's wifi and other things. It was a very enjoyable time, my dog loved the space and played a lot.

the house was very good, spacious and quite clean,the mattresses are already quite used. the area is not so touristy but a nice place to be traquilo,at night the neighbors made a lot of noise
