Near the Sea! Excellent location, has everything close by, and super comfortable and tasty High-speed fiber wifi, Sky cable TV, Smart TV, Netflix. Beach chairs and umbrellas, to take by the sea. It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all with blackout. The pool area is fantastic with gourmet area and lounger Hotel comfort for you and your family, but coziness, privacy and quiet of a home!

Sobrado with family, safe and quiet environment. Located at Marechal Deodoro street, corner with Rua São José dos Pinhais near the Santa Paula hotel, 3 blocks from the beach in Guaratuba Pr. It has smartv, wi-fi, air conditioning, BASIC household items. Ideal for 4 guests, a couple with children, as it has a double bed and two single beds, but we have an auxiliary sofa bed.
