Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Futuro

Everything as described, clean apartment, with new furniture… all the items we were looking for we found in the apartment. A beautiful view!!!

The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment was impeccable and was in accordance with the listing. The condominium is very good and the staff are polite. Finally, the stay was wonderful and we will return again.

Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

The house is comfortable, all rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and basic equipment, including a blender, microwave and grill! The sea is the main attraction, going down the stairs you are on the beach with a spectacular view! We loved and had pleasant moments in the house! Thank you and until next.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was wonderful! Rafael was a super proactive and easy-to-communicate host, he helped with all the details I needed. Mari and Mazé, who take care of the house, are great, they solve everything and more! The house is exactly as pictured and a little more. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to welcome the family. The location is great, close to everything we need. Henrique was an impeccable host: attentive, helpful and always available. Everything worked perfectly during the stay. Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10 and I'm already recommending it to friends.

Flat well located, on the waterfront in front of the feirinha, with a wonderful view that you can enjoy the sunset. Close to several restaurants, fast food, supermarket, gas station. Close to places where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters. We are very requested and receptive and that we provide all the information we need. The place corresponds perfectly to the pictures.
