The house is very complete, with all the kitchenware, has an indoor and another outdoor kitchen on the barbecue balcony, air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool table, spaces for up to 5 small cars, simple place, super quiet, 2 km and a half from the beach 5 minutes by car to the beach dura, Lázaro, sununga and domingas dias,the house is located in a neighborhood, it is not in a condominium, but super quiet place,live next to the house, I will be willing, respect the law of silence after 22:00

It has a private balcony with a hammock, table and sofa. On the property, there is a shared shower, deck, laundry, garden and Luau space. We are 800 meters from Lagoinha Beach and 300 meters from the ruins and waterfalls. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets nearby.
