The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. The house is very comfortable and matches the descriptions in the listing exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) there is room for more than one car in the garage and you can also take animals, which is even better! Ademir is an extremely kind and thoughtful host! We were very well received and he gave us valuable tips, especially about where to dine — which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the photos: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen event on the way - a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up having to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he very generously offered to refund the lost night or grant us an extra night at no cost. We refused, of course, because we understood that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the type of person and host he is: honest, understanding and generous. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will certainly return!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.
