Fanny's apartment is much nicer than the pictures. Super clean and very equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is safe and quiet; it is located a few steps from the beach, where there is one of the best stops in the area. I recommend it, up to six people can be quietly.

First of all, I must say: João is an incredible human being! Polite, attentive and an outstanding host. The place is exactly as in the photos — beautiful, clean, organized and without any makeup. Excellent location, with super easy access to Axé Moi and Toa Toa - of course the beach Honestly? Only those who don't want to pay little for a great and well-located place don't stay with João.

Flexible check-in, close to everything, the market, the best kiosks, close to the airport, the walkway... I did everything by Uber and the tours picked us up directly from the apartment.

We only spent one night, we were just passing through, but it was great, we rested well, nice apartment, only the shower in the suite that is not heating, the rest was very good

Karolina's apartment is great. It has everything for a quiet and comfortable stay. Karolina is great and very quick both to answer us and to solve problems. We had a little problem in one of the bathrooms and Karolina responded and solved it right away. Thank you very much to the housekeeper, always very quick and polite.

We love the stay!! Everything very well organized, cozy place, very beautiful place!! The only thing that needs to improve is the entrance of the cars, the entrance is very high and if the car is low, it may end up having a loss!! But apart from that, the space is wonderful!!

I recommend the accommodation, the checkin was quick, resort staff are helpful and polite. Great for kids because they have activities, games and monitors. The room is comfortable, has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, ample space with grass on the outside as it is on the ground floor. It is possible to purchase coffee, lunch, dinner or all inclusive part. I recommend car rental because the location is not so close to trades and food options are limited to beach kioques. The accommodation is very close to the center of Arraial d'Ajuda where there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and close to the beach as well. We did everything on foot. Amamos! I recommend!

We were received by host Simonetta. She presented us with the accommodation and gave all the guidelines, tips for tours, restaurants, shopping and answering some questions. The apartment is comfortable, cozy, exactly as it is described in the photos and advertisement, all very well organized, extremely clean and in perfect condition, a quiet place and with a lot of security, well located, close to the beach and the main attractions such as beach stalls, bars, restaurants, cafeteria, market, pharmacy, convenience, also has a leisure area of the condominium with a swimming pool and barbecue. The internet oscillated a lot and was communicated to us when we entered the accommodation. André has prepared a very good sightseeing and beach itinerary that is not touristy, but it is well worth it. Simonetta met promptly, very polite, kind and considerate, respond quickly every time he needed a tip or information. I highly recommend this apartment. I will come back more often.

Great experience, beautiful place with excellent structure. Swimming pools , fitness center, whirlpool, cinema, recreators. Great environment for the kids, my daughter went crazy.

The residential is a little far from the beach, but it has the advantage that it is in a very quiet area and you can rest well. Very nice and clean the place and also the common spaces. The mattress was too hard for us. Everything else is fine, recommendable.
