We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable and perfect for resting after a day at the beach. The location is excellent, close to the sea and with easy access to shops and restaurants. Everything as advertised. We would definitely be back!

Our hosting was quick but very enjoyable. The host helped us with the check-in and responded very quickly. The Studio was clean and fragrant! Very well equipped, from bed linen and towels to kitchen items. The Studio's location is great for going out without a car both day and night, as it is very close to the alcohol walkway where there are several shops and restaurants. We like the experience too much.

The space is very well located, which made it very easy for us to accomplish everything we planned. Hosts were extremely attentive and always available to help us with any need.

The flat is very well located, has a very close market, you can go to the beach walking, just cross a small bridge and walk to the beach I was with a 1-year-old baby and we were able to do everything on foot. The apartment is very good and secure. Rúbia very polite and always requests, responded quickly. I simply loved it, and super indicate.

They were great days staying in the apartment. Ownership Bruna always answers questions and requests, very receptive, and has set up a super space to welcome guests, thinking about the small details. Lucineide, the person responsible for the reception and organization of the site, very kind, helpful and welcoming. Apartamento, brand new, complete, clean, smells, has utensils, Eletros, furniture, all new. I found the sheets, towels and blankets available excellent. Super Useful Laundry washer. The condominium has few apartments, some occupied by owners, so the barbecue, and the pool we use every day, are always unoccupied. Very quiet, quiet. Beautiful sea view, close to snacks and grocery store. Distance to the nearest beach by car, 5 minutes. We will return to Porto Seguro, and we would definitely stay in this same apartment!!! The house exceeds expectations. it is identical to the photos of the listing. Very equipped, very comfortable, clean, is in a quiet condominium, with a very well-kept pool in front of the house. You feel very well. The toilets are great, new, with very good shower!!! The cozy rooms, both with A/C, good bed, very good pillow. The house is very well located with nearby market, pharmacy and commerce. Also, the house is very close to the beaches of Coroa Vermelha, Mutá and Cruzeiro, not needing a car. Go to Santo André is also very quiet and nearby. Fabiana received me at the agreed time, and always very polite. The village explained the rules of the lodging, and the entire period was made available. The always-available host, quickly answers the questions, and gave many tips of the place. The house has wifi too, with great speed. Best choice I made, rest these days here. I want to go back, and I won't even think about choosing another place.

We love our stay. The host informed us of all the details in advance and as soon as we arrived in Rita he served us very well and gave us all the support during the time we stayed there. The apartment is the same as the one presented in the photos, it was very clean when we arrived and even received a treat. Ah! And it has a wonderful sea view. The place is very quiet, quiet, safe and close to everything. It was very good, we will certainly be back.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable suites. Excellent bedding and quality crockery. Cooking items can be improved. It has neither a board, for example, nor floor cloth. Township had a single very old dishcloth. Appliances need to be replenished. Many do not work. Washer and dryer exists, only it is not installed. But everything requested was quickly arranged by Leonardo. Voltaria for sure.

The house is delightful, with a beautiful view and Gabriela did everything to make us feel at home. She helped us with recommendations, she was super sweet. The space is super nice and was perfect for a week with the family. The only thing is that you need to have/rent a car, even to go to the nearest beach.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and modern, like it’s brand new. The pool was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, and just a short drive to the ferry and historic old town. We even got to experience to a full moon ritual at Corujão Beach Club, which was such a unique and magical experience — definitely something I’ll never forget! They were super pleasant days!! Upon arriving at the house we were greeted by the couple Bia and Diego with great sympathy and with a super clean, cozy and fragrant house. The house is well equipped ( with all equipment and cooking utensils) and comfortable ( air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the rooms and a ceiling fan in the pantry. The location is perfect as it is close to Porto and Ajuda, we drove, and we easily transited Trancoso, Mirror and Caraiva. But we used public transport, we were able to walk to the ferry that crosses Porto and we went by bus and Van p Ajuda, because the house is located on the ferry path, there is a lot of ease of transport. The comfort of being able to use the premises of the Hotel in front tb was very good. Super recommend this stay and I appreciate the affection and attention of Hosts Bia and Diego.

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It is a short time from the centrinho, it is very quick to go there by car or van. In addition, the condominium is a foot in the sand and it is easy to enjoy the beach at any time. In the house we found everything we needed, Graziella served us very well, was attentive to what we need. We have nothing to complain about and on a possible return to Arraial, it would be in the house again.

Our stay at the house was wonderful! Everything was as described, extremely tidy house, in addition to being very complete, we felt at home, it was so comfortable. Mr. Francimario and his wife were always very attentive to us, gave us tips. Without a doubt, it was the right choice and we intend to return more often.

I loved this family trip excellent apartment, brand new and all smelling good, no complaints, and I loved the location, the mutá beach is very quiet for children, my son loved it!! I'd go back to the same place.

The apartment is in an excellent and safe location, close to the beach and downtown, being able to do everything on foot. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and even has everything to cook. Just some supplies like oil, coffee, sugar, etc. The complex is beautiful and the pool is bigger than what you see in the photos. We had a wonderful few days, thank you!!
